This month’s Empire Music Box will feature 2 acts from Fargo; RÄVENCRØW (Fargo), and Divino Presents (Fargo). The event also includes an open-to-the-public jam at the start of every show. If you're interested in live, local music, the Music Box is the place to be! Come for the music, stay for the good vibes (and the free popcorn).

The Music Box is one of the only venues in Grand Forks that allows artists to play what they want, and our Music Box stage helps to give any musician a platform to perform, regardless the genre or experience.

Meet the Artists!
RÄVENCRØW is a duo created by two lifelong friends and independent artists — emerson pluto and WhiteMask — these corvid birds share their thoughts and feelings through music. Based in Fargo, ND, "RÄVØ" is known for their wide spread creativity in performances, mental health awareness, and getting all ages out on the floor. That creativity shows up in a lot of ways — costumes, dancing in the crowd, and their unique self produced beats and lyrics. Every show brings an unforgettable experience, including the iconic stage presence of Romē & Izzy, the band’s eye catching mascots. Being made up of two individual artists, the style of music has great variety — from melancholic electronic pop to emo punk hyperpop. They make every appearance personal through their music selection and theatrical elements. Crowd interaction for them is an important part of every show, and their dream is to create a safe space where mental health matters and everyone is welcome.
DIVINO: MC, Composer, Producer, Performer, Multi-instrumentallist, resident of the Bright Beneath. Although these things are all true of DIVINO- It is more difficult, however, to label his music as it defies the status quo of EDM. Inspired by contemporary House, Disco, and Hip-Hop, the self taught musical savant reimagines the dawn of Electro by incorporating unique sonic elements, talented collaborators, and modern analog synthesizers into his work. Among DIVINO's catalog, his latest singles include "Celica", "New Whip, Spaceship", and "The Beam", which have been reworked and remastered for an exclusive live presentation at The Empire Arts Center.
