The North Dakota Human Rights Festival Art Show is available for viewing in the Gallery at the Empire Arts Center February 4 through March 4, 2021. Gallery hours are Thursdays from 2 - 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please contact the Empire Arts Center Staff at 701-746-5500 or info@empireartscenter.com to schedule a viewing appointment outside of gallery hours.
